Walter Brenner President and Director	Mr. Brenner is a Director and President of Abington. Mr. Brenner has a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall (at York University) and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Brenner is currently an independent business consultant and has served as an officer and director of various emerging growth companies with, specific duties including administration, raising capital and evaluating business opportunities.

J. Lewis Dillman Director and CFO	Mr. Dillman holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University located in New York, USA with a specialization in international banking and finance. He has extensive contact in the U.S. and Canadian oil and gas producing industry as well as financial communities.

Philip Taneda Director	Mr. Taneda has over 19 years experience in marketing, sales and business administration. He has experience in private enterprises as well as Canadian public companies in the areas of marketing, and finance.

Barry Underhill Director	Mr. Underhill is a licensed insurance salesman and former stockbroker.
