DUE DILIGENCE ON WEST AFRICAN DIAMOND PROPERTY DIRECTOR CONFIRMED

After several months of work, arms-length consultants to the Company have presented Management with a report on Diamond Projects Located In Kerouane and Macenta Prefectures, Republic of Guinea, West Africa. The written report is lengthy and will require due diligence and study by Management and engineers and geologists and other consultants before a final recommendation is presented to the Board. Management is very encouraged about alluvial and kimberlite diamond prospects in the immediate area of the subject properties which is known for hosting a high quality and volume of production.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the confirmation of Mr. Barry Underhill to the position of Director of the Company. Mr. Underhill has been a licensed insurance salesman and former stockbroker. His appointment has been accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company is well funded, has no debt and management continues to actively review business opportunities to increase shareholder value in Africa, Mexico and elsewhere.
