The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Barry Underhill to the position of Director of the Company. Mr. Underhill is a licensed insurance salesman and former stockbroker. His appointment is subject to regulatory approvals.

Mr. Steven Feldman, the Company’s investor relations representative since early 2003 is pursing other opportunities and we wish his all the best in the future. Investor inquiries will currently be handled by officers of the Company.

The Company is well funded, has no debt and management continues to actively review business opportunities to increase shareholder value.
