COMPANY DOES NOT RENEW ARIZONA OPTION; SEEKS OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

The Company had declined to renew its option on the Verdstone Mine and related properties due to results not meeting expectations.

The Company has been reviewing prospects in the resource sector on a weekly basis and notes proportionately increased income from its producing oil properties due to increase in oil prices this financial quarter. The Company is also in the final stages of preparing a 20F filing with the American SEC as a necessary step to co-list on NASD OTC-BB.
