ABINGTON AGM RESULTS

The Annual General and Special Meeting of Abington Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) was held on July 10, 2003. Current directors were re-elected (Frank Lang, Walter Brenner, Lewis Dillman, Philip Taneda), the auditor was re-appointed and the stock option plan was approved. 20.58% of shares were represented at the meeting. Mr. Walter Brenner was re-appointed President, Mr. Wayne Shay of Ontario was appointed CFO and Secretary.
